Frequently Asked Questions ❓

How do I pay?

Payment can be made through Bank Wire or Cheque. Once we receive your full payment, your purchase will be shipped. Bank details will be emailed during ordering and are also available on the payment & delivery page.

What is a bank wire? How does it work?

A bank wire transfer is a direct transfer of funds from your bank to ours. Once you authorize the transfer, your bank gives you a SWIFT number and contacts our bank. Only after confirmation from our bank do we initiate shipping.

How long will it take to reach me?

International shipping usually takes 3–5 days. In rare cases it may take up to 8 working days. Shipping begins only after bank confirmation of payment.

How do I know I have the same diamond I saw on the website?

We use specialized diamond photography systems to show high-precision images. Every diamond is shipped with its original grading certificate (GIA, IGI, HRD), which verifies authenticity and exact characteristics.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Customs duty clearance in the destination country is the responsibility of the customer.

What are your timings?

You can reach us between 9 AM – 8 PM IST (GMT +5:30), Monday to Saturday.

Are the goods insured in transit?

For international shipments, goods are insured by the courier company. For local shipping within India, diamonds are insured by an insurance provider.

How do I track my order?

Use the online tracking system—click on 'Track Your Order', enter your email ID and password to view your order status.

Why don't you offer a return policy?

We provide high-quality diamonds with certificates and high-resolution photos, ensuring customers know exactly what they are buying. For this reason, we do not encourage returns.

What is HTHP?

HTHP (High Temperature High Pressure) is a treatment used to enhance or create diamonds. These diamonds are considered treated and not natural. We do not sell HTHP-treated diamonds.

How do I know the diamonds I buy are real?

We only source rough diamonds from official suppliers and use De Beers’ machines like DiamondSure to detect synthetics. All diamonds come with international laboratory certificates.

What is a diamond special?

A diamond special refers to diamonds that are unique due to rare size, purity, color, or value.

What is a diamond certificate?

A diamond certificate is an independent grading report from labs such as GIA, IGI, or HRD. It includes weight, color, clarity, cut grade, and verifies the diamond is natural.

Can a diamond break or chip?

Diamonds are extremely hard (10 on the Mohs scale) but can still chip when struck along certain cleavage lines. They can scratch each other and other gemstones such as sapphires or emeralds.

What is fluorescence?

Fluorescence occurs when some diamonds emit a blue/yellow/orange glow when exposed to UV light. Labs mention fluorescence grades from 'None' to 'Very Strong' on certificates.

What are conflict diamonds?
